The problem I started with

Tax is stressful, and most people choose an accountant based on trust. Many accountancy websites look generic, hide behind jargon and make it hard to reach a real person. KC Accountants needed a site that felt credible, approachable and clear about who it serves.

The solution

I led with a direct headline, “Filing tax returns for the UK’s hardest workers”, which tells visitors immediately that this firm is for them. A strong handshake image and a “Start Your Free Consultation” button show trust and a clear next step. Real people appear in the “We are K&C” and About sections, so visitors see who they would work with. A calm neutral palette with deep purple accents feels professional and modern, and a floating WhatsApp button lets visitors message the firm instantly, which suits clients who prefer a quick chat to a phone call or form.
