A sleek website for an advisory firm helping founders and investors with company setup, real estate and relocation. By Iftekhar Saimum.

Designed the website for Terek Advisory, a firm that guides entrepreneurs and investors through company formation, real estate and relocation in selected international markets. The design communicates calm, credible guidance and gives each market, Dubai and Japan, its own page.

The challenge

Moving a business or an investment across borders is confusing. Rules differ by country, and many advisors lead with big promises. Terek’s clients are cautious, and they decide quickly whether a firm feels trustworthy. The brand needed to look credible, explain its services simply and speak to two distinct markets.

The solution

I designed a premium black-and-white site with a flowing liquid-metal background that gives the brand a modern, international feel. The headline, “Elevate your vision, build across borders”, sets the ambition, and a clear introduction explains who the firm helps. The three services (business formation, real estate advisory and relocation guidance) are easy to find. Dubai and Japan each have their own page in the navigation, so visitors go straight to their market. A reassuring line, “No guesswork, no hype — just a clean plan, realistic steps, and reliable direction”, sets the firm apart from louder competitors. A Contact Us button is always visible.

The success story

Terek Advisory now presents itself as a calm, credible partner for cross-border moves. An investor can find their market, understand the services and get in touch in a few clicks.
